Besteron is expanding across the Adriatic region, and we’re looking for a driven Sales Hunter / Sales Representative to win new business and grow our footprint in POS terminals / E-commerce and payment solutions. If you thrive on opening doors, building pipelines, and closing deals—this role is for you. 

What You’ll Do

Hunt new business: Proactively identify, approach, and acquire merchants (retail, hospitality, services, e‑commerce). 

Own the full sales cycle: From prospecting to negotiation and closing. 

Build strong pipelines: Generate leads through cold outreach, partners, referrals, and local market intelligence. 

Sell value: Present Besteron's POS terminals and payment solutions as a growth engine for merchants. 

Grow the region: Expand Besteron's presence across the Adriatic markets. 

Collaborate: Work closely with onboarding, support, and product teams to ensure smooth merchant activation.

What You Bring

Proven experience as a Sales Hunter / Field Sales / B2B Sales Representative. 

Strong track record in payments, fintech, POS, acquiring, or SaaS (preferred). 

Confidence in cold outreach, objections handling, and deal closing. 

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Slovenian + B2 level of English language for internal communication within the company.

Entrepreneurial mindset—self‑driven, resilient, results‑oriented. 

Willingness to travel within the Adriatic region.
